Over fifteen years of experience in marketing in the tourism and hospitality industry, sustainable procurement for hotels, as well as destination marketing and vacation rental management.
Focus on metrics that really matter: engagement and connection. Every dollar invested in marketing is precious, so getting the most out of it by creating authentic connections and multicultural experiences is what motivates Andre every day.
Andre holds an EXEC and MBA in Circular Economy & Sustainability Strategies and Marketing Direction & Commercial Management from CJBS and ESIC, as well as his Certification in Destination Marketing and Degree in Chemical Engineering from IE and PUC.

With social campaigns conceived over three decades, her genuine interest in interpersonal relationships aimed at people's personal growth is what motivates Ann every day. She is always ready to launch social campaigns that promote the well-being of society.
Ann holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and an MBA in Marketing Management, both from ESADE, as well as her Certification in Interpersonal Skills and Degree in Civil Engineering from Dale Carnegie and the University of Pernambuco.
